Well made it to the gym today, side still hurts a little but I got through a total body workout, broke quite a sweat, It was so humid in there today. Did cardio for 45 mins because had to burn a few extra calories for today Ron and I have been married for 5 years. We are going out to dinner tonight but I will have a big salad or maybe even some fish (baked of course). Go through the egg whites for breakfast, I was a little hungry this morning so I had 8 egg whites and added some onions and cerely. Also topped that off with salsa. I do love my salsa on my eggs. Even when I am not dieting. Choked down a can of tuna for lunch with a small container of sugar free peaches. One more week on the total body workout and I go to bodyparts. I really don't want bulk this time although I feel genics has so much to do with what you turn out to be. Like I will always have man arms. That is what I call them. You all can clearly see that I am going in a direction that Ron would be totally opposed to but he has always told me that it is my body and i know it better than anyone. I know that I can't do this without cardio in massive doses and the diet has to be real tight with everything written down on the calorie side this. One thing I do that he has taught is carbs early in the day. On Thursday I had very little carbs and it was a dragged out day where I was so tired. Well I have to get ready for dinner Wish me luck there, I hope they have a good fat free dressing.
I know I am using this more like a diary but it helps to rattle on and get it out of my system.
