Day 4 (ish)

Thought I'd forgotten my pushups today but turns out I did them early for tomorrow, oh well, extra exercise can't hurt!
Fasted yesterday but pretty sure I went over my 500 calorie limit; stayed over at my boyfriend's and he wasn't going to let me skip out on dinner, as healthy as it was. I'll allocate my day better next time I have to fast at his :)
Fasting again tomorrow, I have to say I recommend these gummy lollies I got online; (Nature's Way SlimRight Gummie Snacks) they were on special on a coupon site and figured why not. They're only 5 calories per snack and they really help when I can't avoid the need for something sugary to get through the day.
