Exercises for today are:
* 3 or 4 mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes

Didn't do these workouts either due to being very busy through the Christmas season. So hard to find time... when you're swamped with so many things to do. Ugh! Anywho... snow shoveling the driveway and sidewalk was my exercise. =)
