Lying extensions: 10x55, 8x60, 6x65, 6x65
Cable pushdowns: 10x50, 8x60, 6x65, 6x65

Biceps:
Standing barbell 21s: 21x50, 21x55
dumbell preacher curls: 10x27.5, 8x30, 6x30, 6x30
