Warm 7min bike

Shoulders:
Dumbell presses: 15x45, 12x55, 10x55, 8x55
Arnold presses: 14x35, 12x40, 10x40, 8x40
Bent over cable laterals: 14x7.5, 12x10, 10x12.5, 8x15

Calves:
Standing machine raises: 14x180, 10x230, 10x230, 10x230

Wow, nothing makes me look more like a 5 year old girl that just lost her lollipop than Arnold presses... Who is this Arnold guy anyways? I wanna kick his ass!
