day 49... biceps, triceps, and plyometrics

Warm up 6 min run

Tris:
Overhead dumbell exts: 35x10, 40x8, 40x6, 40x6
Close grip presses: 55x10, 75x8, 75x6, 75x6

Bis:
Standing barbell curls: 60x10, 70x8, 70x6, 70x6
Dumbell preacher curls: 27.5x10, 30x8, 30x6, 30x6

Plyometrics:
Side to side thust ups (1.5 foot hight box): 15x3 sets
hop ups (1.5 ""): 15x3
One leg set up jumps (1.5""): 30x3
One leg up and downs (.75 foot high box): 20x3

Decided to add some plyometrics back into my work out, get some quickness back in my step and get my heart rate going.
(My vertical jump is still at 38 inches :D)
