BAck and Biceps
Chins 4sets assisted level 20 offers 112lbs of assistance, each level gives 6 lbs less help).
Bent rows 185x10 205x9 215x9 225x10
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 315x9 325x6
Close grip pull downs 170x10 180x6
BBcurls 85x10 95x10 105x6
ALT DB curls 35x10 40x10 45x10
Hammer curls 50x10 45x9 40x9 35x10 25x8
Highlights: I AM BACK!!!!!!!! Boy what a workout! I have never felt so strong. Each rep down with great control and power!. I hurt so bad right now! LOL
Lowlight: wanted to do more than I did for biceps.
Side note: Saw a guy that weighed maybe 210 curl 3 sets at 135 on the barbell. Great form hardly any cheating at all. Also saw another guy doing behind the neck shoulder presses his last set was 315lbs 6 times great rom as well...man that gave me a drive to hit them harder!!
