Day 5 Pissed

Well day 5. I was feeling like the workout I was doing wasn't working for me (at home workout beginner), but the problem is that it's not challenging enough except on the push ups which i can only do half. So instead of bringing it up to intermediate i decided i would add a different workout to it....ah but this site doesn't let you do that! Even if you have it set to alternating days it still won't. So i just changed it to the workout using the yoga ball. It seems to be the same thing just a bit more challenging because of the ball....which is what i wanted. But seriously? Can't set more then one workout? Ever hear of muscle confusion? You keep doing the same thing over and over you eventually stop making the progress and your muscles just go through the motions. Using muscle confusion you can help prevent this.
