Day 5 Workout

Today, feeling not too bad.

Workouts:

* 60min. The Next Challenge Workout w/Cindy and Radu
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/Rodney Yee

Devoted doing this everday except on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. These days are for random whatever I want to do exercises. If we get a lot of snow this weekend ... maybe get out with hubby and do some cross country skiing. =)

Keeping Positive and Punching out the Negatives!  *smiles big*

    60min. workout done! Struggled doing this workout today due to a poor night sleep. Mind was racing and keeping me from having a restful sleep. Maybe... I'll do a 30min. treadmill brisk walk in the evening to tame that mind of mine. Hopefully that will help with the mental chatter during the night. =) Or maybe get out for a night time stroll with my hubby ... hmmm
