Exercises set for today are:


* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* Daily Definition "Cardio" w/ Jaime Brenkus ((maybe))




Don't Quit!

Just Get Started!
Just Do It! =D

    Didn't do day 50 workout due to not feeling too well. But, I am revved up to do day 51 Workout! =D
