Forearms:
Reverse barbell curls: 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
Abs:
Incline crunches: 15x3 +35 pds
Leg raises: 15x3
crunches: 15x3
Hanging leg raises: 15x3
oblique crunches: 15x3
