Flat Dumbell Press: 12x80, 6x100, 5x100, 5x100
Incline Dumbell flyes: 12x50, 6x70, 5x70, 4x70
Calves:
Standing raises: 14x180, 10x230, 10x230, 10x230
Abs:
Upside down crunches: 15x3
Leg raises: 15x3
Crunches: 15x3
Hanging leg raises: 15x3
Oblique crunches: 15x3
good work out today, even though I felt kind of weak
