day 54... biceps, triceps, and plyometrics

Warm up 6 min run
post work 15 min bike
Triceps:
Lying extensions: 10x55, 8x65, 6x65, 6x65
Decline extensions: 10x55, 8x65, 6x65. 6x65
Biceps:
Standing barbell curls: 10x65, 8x70, 6x70, 6x70
Standing barbell 21s: 21x50, 21x55
Plyometrics:
BoxJumping:
Thrust ups to sides (to 1.5footbox): 2x15
On leg thrusts (off of 1.5footbox): 2x20
Hop-ups (to 1.5 footbox): 2x15
One leg hop-ips (to .75foot box): 2x20
One of the best gym days. Ended week 6 of this program, starting to worry about a possible plateau. I've seen great changes visually and in terms of strength. I think to avoid the plateau at the end of this 8week session, I'm gonna change about 70% of my excercises, to try and keep my body confused... we'll see how this goes.
