day 55... legs and abs

Warm 8min bike
Legs:
Smith Squats: 10x135, 8x175, 6x185, 6x185
Barbell squats: 10x155, 8x185, 6x205, 6x205 (cracked 200, pretty easily)
Straight leg deadlift: 10x85, 10x95, 10x100, 10x105
Abs: (Week 7 is tough!!!)
Leg raises: 4x20
Crunches: 4x20
Oblique crunches: 4x20
hanging leg raises: 4x20
Upside down crunches: 2x20
50% incline crunches: 2x20
legs and abs on the same day is hard... but I managed to get through it... barely
