* 60mins. The Next Challenge Workout with weights w/ Cindy and Radu
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee ((maybe))

Didn't do these exercises yesterday. No excuses here... just procrastinated my way out of doing them.
