Warm 10 min bike
Post 15 min jump rope
Triceps:
Lying extensions: 10x55, 8x65, 6x65, 6x65
Close grip Presses: 11x65, 9x75, 6x85, 6x95 (adding weight to all sets next time)
Biceps:
Standing curls w/ez bar: 10x65, 8x70, 6x70, 6x70
Staing barbell 21s: 21x50, 21x55 (add 5 to first set next time)
Really good work out today, still -20 outside for my 15min walk to the gym.
One week left in this 8week program, looking forward to switching in some new excercises in the next program.
