Day 59 Workout

Exercises set for today are:


* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* not sure if I'll be doing Yoga...



Feeling lazy and unmotivated today. Ugh! I just got to not think about it and the way I'm feeling.

Just get started... and do it!

    JUST GET STARTED and do it! Don't think about it and don't pay attention to how you're feeling... overcome the thoughts and feelings and get your booty movin'!
