So Day 6 of the workout and I'm not feeling super motivated because I have a lot of other things to do today - but I'm not going to let being busy be an excuse anymore. Day 3 was a break day - I wanted to work out but didn't because I know I need to rest some days too. I actually missed Day 4 because I saw an old friend and then adopted a cat - which is proving to be rather distracting. I did do my workout on Day 5 but it wasn't really a full effort. So Day 6 here and I'm going to make this a good one. I may not be motivated right now but I know that when I start seeing results I will be - just have to get over the hardest part - working your butt off and not seeing any changes immediately.
