ok so this is day 6 for me and i'm feeling great i tell i've accomplished some of my goals cause i'm not as big around as i was when i first started :D which is fantastic. today my day consisted of eating breakfast my mom bought me from hardees (i know, i know not exactly a healthy breakfast but i didn't know she planned on buying me anything for breakfast i was just gonna have oatmeal or something like that for breakfast) and sprite but very little of it and then i drank water, lunch (didn't have lunch cause i didn't get up until around 11 something so after breakfast i wasn't hungry), snack i had a green apple, and i've drank so far about two bottles of water today and i'm fixing to get more, dinner i haven't ate dinner yet but probably will soon..i worked out on my wii fit plus today and burned about 200 and something calories (i'll get back on here and update what i burned on my wii fit plus later), and i walked and i have the nike fitness thing on my iPod and it said i took 4,167 steps burned 164 calories and i walked 1.84 miles..so i think i did pretty good today :D
and i also have noticed a change in the way i eat now :) i don't eat nearly as much as i did..my portions are a lot smaller than they were..so this is working great for me plus this site has helped me a lot also..it has given me the right motivation i needed..and things like that
i also lost another pound..i now weigh 160.5..and when i started i weighed 165 pounds..and it's been 8 days for me so far and i'm doing pretty good..i aways start out with cardio and running on my wii fit first before i do anything
