Exercises for today are:

* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/Rodney Yee



Energy level... SUCKS!

    Skipped day 61. Going to do day 62 workout right now. Ugh... missed so many days now. Not good!
