Deadlifts: 10x155, 8x185, 6x205, 6x205
Tbar rows: 10x115, 8x125, 6x135, 6x135
One arm cable rows: 10x35, 8x40, 6x45, 6x50
Forearms:
Dumbell wrist curls: 10x17.5, 10x20x2
Abs:
Twinsting crunches: 15x4
Leg raises: 15x4
crunches: 15x4
hanging leg raises: 15x4
obliques: feeling pain, so I skipped them
Incline crunches: 15x4
Feeling some pain in the kidney area, not sure if it'd from the oblique crunches... but I think the pain started when I started doing them.
