* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee ((maybe, due to a really sore back...a kink)).
ALSO... the kink in my back doesn't hurt as much now. The circulation from the Power Walking kicked in and soothed the uncomfortable pain on the side of my mid back. So no more excuses even if I suffer from Kinks... exercise is good for it. So GET MOVIN' ME... =D
