Post: 10min bike and stadium stairs circuit

Shoulders:
Military Press: 15x45, 12x55, 10x60, 8x65
Arnold Press: 14x40, 12x45, 10x50, 8x55
Front raises: 14x17.5, 12z20, 10x20, 8x20

Forearms:
Reverse barbell curls: 10x40 x 3

Abs:
Standing twists: 15x2
Bent twists: 15x2
Leg raises: 15x2
Hanging oblique tucks: 15x2
Cable crunches: 15x60, 15x80

Day one of my new 8 week program... glad to get some new excercises in.
