post 10 min stairs

Legs:
Barbell lunges: 10x45, 8x95, 6x115, 6x115 (light weight, cause first time in a while... form)
Leg press: 10x230, 8x270, 6x320, 6x320
Hamstring curls: 10x30, 8x45, 6x60, 6x75 (again light weight)
Calves:
Seated raises: 10x90, 8x110, 6x110, 6x110

Abs:
Standing twists: 15x2
Bent twists: 15x2
Leg raises: 15x2
Hanging obliques: 15x2
cable crunches: 15x2 with 75 pounds
