Post 8min box and rope jumping

Chest:
Seated Machine flyes: 12x75, 6x90, 5x105, 4x120 (used light weight since it's my first time in a while with this excercise)
Dumbell flat press: 12x80, 6x100, 5x100, 4x110(PB!)
Dumbell incline press: 12x80, 6x90, 5x100, 4x100
