Warm 10min bike

Shoulders:
Military Press: 15x55, 12x55, 10x65, 8x65
Arnold Press: 14x45, 12x45, 10x50, 8x50
Bent over cable laterals: 14x7.5, 12x10, 10x12.5, 8x15

Fores:
dumbell wrist curls: 10x20, 10x20, 10x22.5

Abs:
Side leg raises: 4x25
Crunches: 2x25
Ball crunches: 2x25
