Well it is going well here, sticking to the diet and counting the calories, The gym was slow going today, just kind of tired I guess. They have cut me down on what I have to do at work so I have time to go pick up those 15 pund billets and do curls with them I also did some tricep kickbacks and about that time I got caught and turned red and they made fun of me. I bet I can out lift all of them at work. it is hard being the only women there. I have also been doing calf raises at work and boy are they sore. I do every time I get a chance and the legs seem to be coming along quite well. Well off to work again lets see how much they make fun of me when i reach my goals, the fat lazy slobs.
