Good evening!  I am sooo tired, just spent an hour in the gym doing cardio, really happy with my times :) and last night I overcame my fear of the treadmill, I didn't go very fast but I will build up to a better soeed.  Been eating really nice soups for dinner and poached eggs for breakfast - I have a diet full of carbs so need to cut down!  Any nice meal suggestions?  Lunch is hard...
