So, yesterday I decided to take a quick nap before my workout after the munchkins got on the bus. Welllll, I didn't wake up until after 1pm!! I guess I was more tired than I thought. Lol ... the sleep felt great, but I feel horrible for missing a workout. I just didn't sleep all weekend and really needed a little nap. Today was rough too. I didn't have that motivation anymore. It comes and goes so easily. I still did my workout though and just had a Cliff bar and protein shake. Hopefully tomorrow is better. Xoxoxxx
