* 4 Mile Super Challenge Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

maybe later on...

* Treadmill brisk walk/ jog for 30mins. or Daily Definition for 15mins. w/ Jaime Brenkus for strength
