* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20 minute Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
Later on...
*30 minute Treadmill Brisk walk/ jog, or 2 Mile Brisk Power Walk with Stretchie Band w/ Leslie Sansone
