Military press: 15x55, 12x60, 10x65, 8x70
Seated lat raises: 14x35, 12x40, 10x40, 8x45
Machine delt fly: 14x90, 12x90, 10x105, 8x105

Fores
Seated bb wrist curls: 10x55, 10x60, 10x60

Abs
Twists: 20x4sets
leg raises: 20x4sets
crunches: 20x4sets
side leg raises: 20x4sets
lying front kicks: 40x4sets

Good workout/ break from midterms
