Argh! ... procrastinated again to do even this exercise! I just read up on an article about "Stop Procrastinating" etc... and ended up on a website about how to get fit the right way. My diet is all wrong. One time, I'm eating all healthy than the other days I'm eating not so healthy which is winding up to be a lot of calories eventhough it doesn't look like I ate much. I need to change my ways of eating, so I start seeing better results when I workout. If I see better results than I'll be more motivated to keep working out than skipping out. So, eat right, exercise, and see results will make a happier me. Maybe... it's time to try a new workout Dvd. Hmmm...?
