day after 1st workout

I did my  first at home total body workout yesterday.  My goal is to loose 2 inches in my abdomen and butt.  I do have one question. I noticed when I played tennis today that my hand was really sore.  Not sure what could cause that - could it be from holding my weights to tight?? Otherwise I was just a little sore.

    Good luck with your workout Patternista. As for the wrist pain, maybe it's the way you're holding the tennis racket. Have you tried wrist bands?
