Day Eight Chest and Triceps

Well even though my left arm has(I think) tendonists, I went here is what I did:
Bench 135x15 185x10 195x10 205x8 215x5
Incline 155x10 165x10
Inclin flyes 30x10 40x10 50x10
Machine 100x10 110x10
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Press downs (supersetted with rope pulldowns)
P120x10 R40x6 P140x10 R40x8 P150x10 R30x9
Skull Krushers 70x10 80x10 90x8
Highlights: hit 215 would have hit 6 with a spotter
Lowlights: left arm may need a weeks rest will know more after shoulders and leg day.
