Day Eleven Chest and Triceps

Chest
Bench 135x12 185x10 205x10 215x8 225x7
Incl 155x10 165x9 175x7
Incl DB flyes 40x10 45x10 50x10
Machine 100x10 110x10 90x7(held for 4 count)

Triceps
Kickback (warm up) 25x12
DB behind the neck press 70x10 75x10 80x9
Close grip bench 95x10 115x10 135x8
Press downs(used a differnt cable system) 130x10 150x10 160x10 170x10
Rope pull downs 50x10 60x10 40x10

Bike 20 minutes of HIIT.
Highlights: Chest felt good a little week though. Plus I hit 20 mins of cardio!
LOwlights: right wrist is hurting from shrugs last week, the straps I was using slipped and crushed the inside bone near the thumb joint so it hurts to do things like close grip bench which is why the weight used is lighter.
