Day Five Chest and Triceps

Bench Press 135(warm up) 175x10 185x10 205x6 135x10 (done very slow very controled 1sec pause at chest).
Incline 135x10 155x9 175x6
Flies machine 90x10 100x10 110x8
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x10
Close grip bench 135x10 155x8
Cable press downs(supperset with rope pull downs)
press 60x10 75x10 90x8
Rope 40x10x2 30x10
Skull crushers 80x10
Highlights: Hit 205 in my second week back! Felt very strong for sure going heavier next week.
Lowlights: 2, tweaked left wrist on close grip bench will not do those again I think, they feel wron and I hate them. Secondly is my left shoulder has a ache will watch that.
