Day Four: 12/12/2012

Today all I did was a 20 minute yoga flow for flexibility and relaxation at www.vidya-yoga.org/english.  It felt great.  I also did some "office chair" yoga while I was at work.  It is nice to get stretching in.  Nutrition-wise, I did okay.  I got a veggie wrap for lunch (with a bag of chips, whoops), and made turkey chili for dinner (with cornbread, whoops).  Looking forward to a real workout tomorrow.
