headed out for a bike ride, it was amazing. The weather was perfect and the trail was so beautiful. I think I rode about 20 miles total. Went from cityscape to nature preserve to farmland..really cool. Saw the following (not in any order, but they either made me smile or mademe chuckle..or simply awed me):

Old guy riding bike pulling kiddie trailer, i think, how nice, grandpa taking grandbaby out for ride...bichon frise in trailer, lol.

Guy riding along wearing either a revolutionary era tri-corn hat or a pirate hat, went by too fast to get a good look.

A Hawk, circling for prey.

Lots of people on horseback - I love the horses, so beautiful, that was a nice surprise.

A big , old fashioned farm, complete with a pasture full of cows.

LOTS of people out, all sizes and shapes and all enjoying the trail. That is one thing about MN, people are all outside when we have good weather!

Biking was so relaxing and made me feel like my horizon could just keep expanding forever. Good tunes helped :) new Ipod is fully loaded! Only problem with that is..I would stop to rst and drink some xtend and then a really good song would come on and I would have to quick hop on and ride like mad.

What an amazing gift it is to have such a strong and healthy body.
