Day One: 12/9/2012

I started on intermediate levels today and was surprised by how much they challenged me.  I switched both workouts to "beginner" for the future.  After a five minute moderate jog for a warm-up, I was able to maintain a decent running pace for twelve additional minutes.  I came back to the apartment to do my at home work out and found that push ups challenged me the most.  Tomorrow I will do some yoga before resuming my running and training on Tuesday. 

Feels good to be moving again!
