Day one

Well, I've started the FT Professional fitness program. I've started with the intermediate weight loss&toning program.

Today, I was able to complete all exercises for shoulders. I ended up having to drop the weights because the program requires 4 sets, 20/14/10/8. So, I was beat by the fourth set of most exercises. I haven't done the cardio or abs yet. I should be getting those done this evenning, abs and then cardio. So far I feel good, the workout isn't too hard but not easy.
