Day One... CHECK!

I didn't have trouble waking up this morning and working out. I actually was pretty pumped for it! It could also have to do with the fact that I start my new job today. :P I feel SO accomplished! I know I know... it's just the first day where I'm FINALLY getting back on track but I believe that one is entitled to feel accomplished at something that is HUGE! Working out is a HUGE thing-especially for first timers... And although I'm not a first timer, I am getting back on track to where I once was! My encouragement for those just starting, keep at it and I'd say "celebrate" working out! There's nothing wrong with being excited and pumped that you did this! 

I'm doing a "21 Day Challenge"... I have researched and found that it takes about 21 days to form a habit so, I have written out the dates of 21 days on a white board and I will be crossing off/checking off the days that I work out and eat healthy! It's not really a challenge perse but, it's just something to keep things interesting... just thought I'd throw that out there! :)

    Sounds like a great idea! Make sure to keep us update. You never know, we might end up giving that extra motivation that you require to get through!
