Day One - First Week
Hello All,
First Day on what I am sure will be a long and often times strenuous journey to getting back to my real body. This one feels like I am wearing a fat suit and I am sick of all the extra... everything that goes along with it.
I am currently at 235 lbs and 37.9 BMI.
Overall Goal 160 lbs and a healthy BMI of less than 25
Goals - Week 1
Goal 1 - Get through this first couple days and start this out right.
Goal 2 - Workout everyday, even if it is just going for a walk with my kids.
Goal 3 - Lose 5 lbs
Goal 4 - Cut back on carbs/junk food and soda - start small - can't elimiate them all at once or I will burn out.
Goal 5 - BMI of 37.4 by 7/31
I know if I can get through this first week then I can start a new week with new goals and eventually get to that main goal.
I look forward to this new life and new body that will be here soon!
