Day Ten Back and Biceps

Chins 3 sets of 10! Went under 100lbs of assistence.
Bent rows 185x10 195x10 205x10
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 295x8
Lat pull 130x10 140x10 150x10
BBCurls 75x10 85x10 95x10 105x7
Preacher Db 20x10 25x10
ALt DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x10
Hammer 45x10
Highlights: Got 3 good sets on deadlifts but want 1-2 more sets overall and with good reps. Curls went well felt good pump in the Biceps. Excited about chins I am really feeling them more and more. I am going to do a torture set of them next week. I will start with the level 20(112 lbs of help) and do as many sets of 10 reps ( I will take one level off each set, 20, 19 , 18 etc). Till I get to 1 rep!
Lowlights: Went first thing in the morning and rushed to try to make chruch(endedup not going). As a result I did not eat and really felt it in terms of energy.
