I should be doing my third day of exercise and im so lazy.
Coming from work and needing to getthe motivation to do a whole body work out, is extremely difficult.
its 10:52pm in the evening and I really need to go and do my routine.
hopefully after this I would will have the energy and motivation
At least you started! Once you get in your routine for 2 weeks, it will become habit. I've started my journey 5 weeks ago and I feel a difference already. When I don't go I feel a little guilty. Trying to incorporate the eating healthy as well to get the full balance. Keep it up, you're on your way!
