Day4 mass.........

Well I just plain felt worn out last week so shoulders and back were skipped. Last night was chest and tri here is what I did:
Bench 185x10 225x6 235x6 245x6 275x4
Incline 165x10 185x8 195x6
DB fly 40x10 45x10 50x10
Machine 110x10 120x10 130x8 90x8

Skullcruschers 80x10 90x10 100x7
Close grip press 135x10 145x8 155x10
Kickback 30x10 35x10 40x10
Pressdown/rope pull downs 3 sets each 8 reps each set.

Highlights: Many here Chest was sucky at first but finished strong. Will go lighter in 2 weeks. Tri feel very hard and full loved that feeling. I will not give out weight for the pressdowns and rope pull downs because each pulley station is different.
Lowlights: Not to many here, wante 225x10 for my first set. Need to power that first rep of 275 up, and well mini rant here: I needed a spot for that last set of bench. There was noone around that was not busy by the time I was ready. So I went to ask the guy at the front desk...he says, and I swear this is not lie, " you're going to have to wait till I get done eating". Um ok I understand bout wanting to eat, but you freaking job is to work at the gym, not eat while ou are working. Give me that damn spot it will take less thatn 30 secs. The sealer on this is he never came out to give it to me, I had gotten someone else by that time. Wait till I see the owner walking thru....
