Days 1-2

Found the site yesterday evening, printed out a 3-day-a-week schedule, and really enjoyed going through the motions. Changed the schedule to 5-a-week because I realized how much time I had spent at once, and so got up this morning and did it again. My abs feel great.
I'm really glad there are three options for each exercise, because the gym I'm using is limited -- no barbells, only a few machines -- so I like the flexibility to figure out what I can do in my own environment.
Just feel great today. When combined with my 4.5 mile bike commute each way...been a good one.
