Days 3-4.5

So the way I set up my 5-day-a-week thing...the two off days were right next to each other. That's silly. I'll need to change that after I finish this week's cycle. I felt the need to work out, and so did a few crunches...but it wasn't satisfying. So I jumped the gun a bit on the day5 AM workout, and bumped i to day4PM...but it ran over midnight, so I can still count it as day 5, right?
Big reminder to self: be careful during the bent over dumbbell laterals. I felt a twinge in my neck, and that's never good, so dropped a lot of weight and just went through the motions.
Helping a friend move furniture tomrorrow. I'll see how that goes.
