I didn't flog yesterday as I was very busy but the important thing is that I did do a 60 minute power walk (because I had to collect something and decided not to drive and burn more cals) and I burned another 330 cals in the gym last night. I ate very well yesterday as well, had fajitas but without meat or cheese and I used less tortilas. As I type I am in my gym kit so I'm heading there when this is typed and it's such a nice day I will walk there :) I hope you all have a great weekend, keep focused, you can enjoy it just the same with exercise and good food :) xx
