DE Bench and lat/tri work

Highlights:Hit a new ASPR on dips! I might not be going as deep as I should, will work on that. It felt so good to use my own weight!

Lowlights: Ate less than normal for a workout day and it showed. Very fatigued and slow in the gym.

Side Notes: My left elbow was still sore...so I did 3 sets of kickbacks to warm that area up and it seems to have had a positive affect on my elbows, there is little pain in comparison to last time doing dips.
